01 · Quotes, Approval & Payment

Website prices are starting points unless a product is offered for direct checkout. Custom pricing may change with quantity, product choice, artwork, placement, personalization, and turnaround.

Production begins after required payment and design approval are received. Changes requested after approval may affect price and completion time. Rush availability must be confirmed and may include an additional fee.

02 · Production & Turnaround

Many standard orders can be completed in as little as two business days, while larger or more complex orders may require up to two weeks or a separately confirmed schedule.

Turnaround begins after payment, artwork, product availability, and required approvals are complete. Estimated dates may change if suppliers, carriers, weather, customer changes, or other circumstances affect the order.

03 · Pickup, Delivery & Shipping

Free local pickup is available when the order is ready. Local weekday delivery may be available within the posted service area. Shipping charges depend on package size, weight, destination, and selected service.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery or shipping address. Carrier delays after shipment are outside Adequate Apparel’s direct control, but available tracking information can be reviewed.

04 · Made-to-Order Returns & Corrections

Custom and made-to-order products are generally final sale. Contact Adequate Apparel promptly if an item is damaged, defective, or produced differently from the approved order details.

Customer-approved spelling, sizing, color, placement, quantity, or artwork choices are not production errors. Blank-product colors and finished decoration may vary slightly across screens, materials, and manufacturing batches.

05 · Artwork & Customer Authorization

The customer confirms that submitted artwork, names, logos, and other content may legally be used for the requested order. Vector artwork or high-resolution files are preferred. Low-quality files may require design or cleanup work.

Digitizing, design, or artwork-preparation fees may apply when needed. A proof shows the intended layout but may not perfectly reproduce physical color, texture, scale, or material behavior.

06 · Privacy Notice

Adequate Apparel collects information you provide—such as contact details, order information, shipping or delivery information, artwork, and payment-related transaction details—to respond to requests, produce orders, provide fulfillment, prevent abuse, and maintain business records.

Service providers may process limited information for hosting, analytics, email, payment processing, shipping, or other functions needed to serve you. Adequate Apparel does not sell customer personal information.
